Yuxing Major Contribution

REFRACTORY BALLS

From the end of last century to 2006, Yuxing Limited successfully developed and manufactured refractory balls for ball-type stove, which have great influence and have been widely used up to now, making great contributions to the heat storage body of ball type hot stove which had been developing rapidly in the era.

THERMAL SHOCK RESISTANT BRICK

Thermal shock resistant brick developed by Yuxing Limited in cooperation with Mr. Kalujin, a stove design master and featuring100 heat changes at heating up to 1100 oC and subsequent water cooling, adapting to the burner of top fired stove; used in top fired hot blast stove for BF with volume over 5000m³.

CERAMIC BURNER

burner manufactured by Yuxing Limited used for stoves for 5578m3 BF at Severstal JSC, 5500 m3 BF at Shougang Jingtang Steel, 5050m3 BF at BaoSteel Zhanjiang, 5000 m3 BF at JFE. Yuxing Limited has supplied more than 2000 sets of ceramic burners for different type of stoves.

BALL TYPE HOT STOVE CONVERSION

refractory balls replaced by checker bricks. With the existing shell of ball type stove untouched, the previous burner relaced by swapped mixing & vertical spraying burner, and refractory ball replaced by checker bricks. After such a reconstruction, the hot stove is not blocked, of no dust accumulation, and features long checkerwork life, high blast temperature, small temperature difference, low dome temperature and obvious energy saving. YUXING SWIRL FLOW SWAPPED TOP FIRED STOVE-JOINTLY DEVELOPED

Yuxing swirl flow swapped top fired stove-jointly developed by Yuxing Limited in collaboration with CISDI. Reference nos : 184

ICC CONVERTED TO YUXING CATENARY TOP FIRED

conversion highlights: existing stove shell, hot blast outlet, combustion chamber, checker support system and checker chamber wall kept untouched, new ceramic burner placed at the top of the straight section of the dome. After the conversion, hot blast temperature is over 1200℃. Reference nos: 23.

Yuxing catenary top fired stove

The catenary dome independently supported on the support plate of the upper stove shell, hot blast outlet and the circular burner independently supported on the support plate of the middle part of stove shell. Long term reliable operation, long lifetimes, high efficiency, high yield and high hot blast have been achieved. Reference nos: 395.

YUXING 4-SECTION TOP FIRED STOVE

The conical dome is independent from hot blast outlet wall, which is independently supported on the stove shell. This allows the free expansion of refractory linings. Due to the elimination of the stress, hot blast outlet is reliable. Reference nos: 55.
